Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bidsharp.io (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Bidsharp is a suite of digital micro-tools designed for independent professionals. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and "As-Is" Delivery

Bidsharp provides automated, AI-driven artifacts (such as proposal audits, SOW generation, and rate card analysis). All outputs are provided "As-Is" and "As-Available".

You, the professional, are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and modifying the generated artifacts before sharing them with your clients. Bidsharp assumes no liability for the accuracy, legality, or commercial outcomes of the documents you generate using our tools.

3. Credits and Payments

Bidsharp operates on a prepaid, pay-per-use model utilizing an internal "Credit" system:

  • Purchasing: You may purchase Credit Packs via our third-party payment processor (Stripe). All transactions are final.
  • Usage: Credits are deducted from your balance only when you successfully run a micro-tool. The cost of each run is clearly displayed prior to execution.
  • No Subscriptions: We do not charge recurring subscription fees. You only pay for what you use.
  • Refunds: Because our costs are incurred computationally at the exact moment of generation, we do not offer refunds for consumed credits. If a tool fails technically (e.g., a server error prevents output generation), credits will not be deducted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bidsharp to process unlawful, defamatory, or highly classified government data. You are strictly using Bidsharp as an augmentation to your own professional consulting workflow. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically abuse the platform's API or generation engines.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidsharp and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.
