TL;DR: Bidsharp operates on a stateless model. We process your inputs to generate the requested artifact, return it to you, and immediately discard your data. We do not train AI models on your proprietary information.

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum information required to operate your account and process payments:

• Account Data: Your email address, used exclusively for authentication and sending you receipts.
• Payment Data: Handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or process your credit card information on our servers.
• Credit Balance: We maintain a ledger of your purchased and consumed credits to facilitate the pay-per-use model.

2. How We Handle Your Inputs (The "Stateless" Promise)

When you use a Bidsharp micro-tool (e.g., uploading a proposal, pasting a rate card, or generating a Scope of Work), the following lifecycle applies:

• Processing: Your input is temporarily held in memory during execution to generate the requested artifact.
• Transmission: The data is securely transmitted to our backend LLM providers via API. Our enterprise agreements with these providers explicitly prohibit them from using your data to train their models.
• Deletion: Immediately upon completion of the run, your inputs and the generated output are wiped from our servers. We do not maintain a "history" or "CRM" of your prompts.

3. Analytics and Cookies

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how our site is used (e.g., page views). We do not track your activity across the internet, nor do we sell your behavior to data brokers.
